FLOW 1: Lasting Hip Mobility

Lasting hip mobility is a staple of the MTP Mobility classes. We use these movement for all manner of our patients who suffer from various issues throughout their body. It’s so effective, because the hips are often one of the tightest areas in our body. The constant hours spent sitting contribute massively to this. These movements are designed to not only to increase hip mobility, but also strengthen the muscles that ensure this mobility stays for the long term (hello healthy gluteal muscles).


Who will benefit most:

✅People who sit a lot and those who are very active.

✅Typically people who experience low back pain or tight hamstrings respond very well to these exercises.
